Returns and exchanges
Any return of product must be subject to a prior and formal agreement between the Seller and the Customer.
Any product can be returned, within a maximum of 14 working days after its reception, in its original packaging accompanied by the invoice.
The Customer shall send the products back to the Seller by post, by Colissimo.
The tracking number must be communicated immediately to the Seller's Customer Service.
All return costs as well as the risks related to this return are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
Consequently, the Customer is advised to insure the returned package.
The jewel must not have been worn or damaged and must have the Agriates label attached and intact.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be refused and returned to the customer.
No reimbursement will be made to the Customer who has not exercised his right of withdrawal under the conditions of this article.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the latter will undergo the usual verifications and the Customer will be reimbursed within 8 days by crediting, of the amount initially invoiced, directly his bank account or his Paypal account according to the method of payment used at the time of the order.
